RED Collective (Rooted in Education & Development) is a K–12 education and workforce development organization dedicated to preparing students for lifelong success by connecting education directly to opportunity. We believe every student deserves access to meaningful experiences that inspire learning, build confidence, and prepare them for the future.
Through strategic partnerships with schools, STEM organizations, higher education institutions, industry leaders, and community partners, we give students real-world experiences that bring classroom learning to life.

Mission
RED Collective empowers youth to achieve lifelong success by providing hands-on education, meaningful mentorship, and real-world experiences in STEM, culinary arts, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and emerging technologies. We connect students to higher education, scholarships, career pathways, and industry leaders — equipping them with the knowledge, confidence, and opportunities to build careers, create businesses, and achieve financial freedom.
